One rooftop, two ways to experience sound

Located in the heart of Funchal, Three House Hotel combines contemporary design, hospitality and panoramic views of the Atlantic in a rooftop designed to evolve throughout the day. From relaxed daytime moments to lively evening sessions, the venue requires an audio system capable of adapting to different atmospheres while maintaining outstanding sound quality.

To meet these requirements, the installation combines Void Acoustics' Indigo and Cyclone Series, bringing together refined aesthetics and high-performance audio to suit the different demands of the space.

The system features several Indigo 6 Pro loudspeakers together with Indigo Sub subwoofers, creating a balanced and immersive sound experience that complements the rooftop's spectacular setting. The Indigo 6 Pro combines a 6.5-inch low-frequency driver with a 1-inch high-frequency driver housed in an elegant moulded carbon-fibre enclosure, delivering detailed, natural sound with a discreet visual presence. Indigo Sub extends the low-frequency response, adding warmth and depth to the overall system.

For areas and occasions that require higher sound pressure levels, the installation also incorporates Cyclone 8 loudspeakers, chosen for their high output and ability to maintain consistent coverage while preserving the tonal character of the system. Low-frequency reinforcement in these areas is provided by Cyclone Bass subwoofers, delivering powerful, controlled bass that enhances the venue's more energetic moments.

The result is an installation that seamlessly combines design and performance, adapting to the changing atmosphere of the rooftop throughout the day while contributing to the exclusive experience that defines Three House Hotel.
